長崎県五島市にて五島牛の品質向上等の取組に関する連携協定調印式を開催
Signing Ceremony Held in Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture, for Collaboration in Efforts to Improve Goto Beef Quality, etc.
長崎県五島市は五島牛の生産地として有名ですが、環境に調和したバイオエコノミーの中で、その生産量を安定的に増加させること目標に、（株）ジャパンインベストメントアドバイザー 白岩社長、ごとう農業協同組合 家永組合長、五島市 野口市長と共に事業連携のための調印式を開催しました。日本に各地における生産物の地域ブランドの向上やフードマイレージの低減、地域経済の発展は喫緊の課題です。この大きな目標を目指し、農林水産業全般にまたがる技術開発や地域との連携を視野に、新たな活動を開始します。
Goto City in Nagasaki Prefecture is famous for its Goto beef production, and with the goal of stably increasing its production in an environmentally friendly bioeconomy, a signing ceremony was held for business collaboration with Mr. Shiraiwa, President of Japan Investment Advisor, Mr. Ienaga, Chairman of Goto Agricultural Cooperative Association, and Mr. Noguchi, Mayor of Goto City. The improvement of local brands of products, the reduction of food mileage, and the development of local economies in various regions of Japan are urgent issues. To achieve this major goal, we will start new activities with a view to developing technologies that span the entire agriculture, forestry, and fisheries industries and collaborate with local communities.
